This game is classified as an indie horror game on steam and there's moments where I definitely do not feel comfortable playing it (in a good way). I would definitely say this game is pretty close to Jimmy and the Pulsating Mass, though that game didn't fuck with my head quite as much. which ties into the warning I posted above. There's also a bit of Yume Nikki influences too. The game is very heavily inspired by earthbound and mother 3 likes ala Undertale, Lisa, Off, and Jimmy & The Pulsating Mass. We will play as Omori, a depressed young boy who goes on adventures with his friends before reality comes crashing down. The game is based off of old blogs, sketches, and stories written by OMOCAT (the main dev of this game). You can currently play it on steam, though console versions are in the works. Omori is a kickstarter game that got successfully funded back in June of 2014, and was released on Christmas Day 2020.
